# 365 CRM – Instant Lead Alerts for Contact Forms

Get instant new lead alerts on your phone and via email from your WordPress contact forms, with per-form CRM labels and one-touch follow-ups via [365 CRM](https://www.365crm.io/).

## Supported forms

Contact Form 7, WPForms (and WPForms Lite), Elementor Pro Forms / PRO Elements, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Forminator, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, MetForm, Divi and Houzez.

## Setup

1. Install and activate this plugin.
2. Open the **365 CRM** tab in wp-admin.
3. Enter your **365 CRM Account Token**, optionally set a **Website Name**.
4. Toggle on your form plugin(s), set a unique label per form, and **Save**.

## Privacy / external service

Saving settings verifies your token against `https://api.365crm.io/`. Each linked form submission sends its fields plus token, Website Name, form name and per-form label to `https://api.365crm.io/` to deliver your lead alert. A 365 CRM account is required.
