traffic, so GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot-style requests do not inflate your

required. Your analytics data stays inside your own WordPress database.

Why A360 Insights?

AI traffic visible in WordPress and connects it with search, referral, campaign,
channel and landing page performance.
See which content attracts visitors from AI assistants and understand how your website performs across modern discovery channels.

- Install plugin.
- Activate plugin.
- Configure settings.
After activation, you can view analytics data in the "A360 Insights" admin menu.
For more details, see the plugin website.
For support, please visit the support forum.
Tracking scope
can be configured in settings. By default, all post types are tracked.
Tracking mode
can be set to "All views" or "Unique views". "Unique views" counts only one view per visitor per day, while "All views" counts every view.
Traffic filtering
allows you to exclude views from specific referrers, user agents, or IP addresses. This can be useful for filtering out bot traffic or internal views.
Exclude views
from logged-in users can be enabled to prevent counting views from site administrators or editors. This is useful for getting more accurate analytics data.
Bot filtering
is enabled by default and uses a built-in list of known bot user agents to exclude bot traffic from analytics data. You can also add custom user agents to the filter list.
Privacy and data retention
settings allow you to control how long analytics data is stored in the database and whether to remove all plugin data on uninstall. By default, data is retained for 90 days and is not removed on uninstall.
Traffic details
include referrer URLs and UTM campaign parameters, which can help you understand where your traffic is coming from and how your campaigns are performing.
Data retention controls
allow you to automatically delete old analytics data after a specified number of days. This helps keep your database clean and ensures that you are not storing data longer than necessary.
Uninstalling the plugin does not remove analytics data by default, allowing you to keep your data if you decide to reinstall the plugin later. However, you can enable the option to remove all plugin data on uninstall if you prefer a clean slate.
Data Management
section allows you to manually delete all analytics data or export it as a CSV file for further analysis. This gives you full control over your analytics data and allows you to keep backups if needed.

Can I track ChatGPT traffic in WordPress?
Yes. A360 Insights detects traffic from ChatGPT and other AI assistants, then shows AI traffic directly inside your WordPress dashboard.
Which AI traffic sources are supported?
A360 Insights can classify traffic from AI and discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI, Mistral, You.com, Poe, Phind, DeepSeek and Grok.
Does A360 Insights separate AI bots from human AI referrals?
Yes. Confirmed AI assistant referrals are tracked separately from AI crawlers and fetchers such as GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot. This keeps the AI Traffic metric focused on visits that look like real referral traffic instead of indexing activity.
Is this a Google Analytics alternative?
A360 Insights is a lightweight WordPress analytics plugin focused on AI traffic, referrers, search traffic, campaigns and content performance. It is not intended to replace every advanced Google Analytics report, but it gives website owners a simple way to see important traffic data directly inside WordPress.
Does this show AI referrals and AI Traffic Share?
Yes. The dashboard includes AI Traffic, AI Traffic Share, Top AI Sources and source-level statistics.
Does A360 Insights use cookies?
No. A360 Insights does not use cookies.
Does it store IP addresses?
No. Visitor IP addresses are never stored.
Does it send data to third-party services?
No. All analytics data remains in your WordPress database.
